Visual identity for the viewing cycle of John Berger’s documental series “Ways of Seeing”,
produced by Mike Dibb (1972). John Berger explores the idea of image as a cultural and
political artefact. To this day, it’s recognized for the way it uses both Art History and
Pop Culture references, specifically commercial images.
Cinema Ideal wanted the communciation materials of the cycle to use an experimental aproach
capable of referencing different visual languages – using mainly typography and geometrical
shapes.
